Classy Sunglasses
I have purchased an aviator classic sunglass, Its has a very comfortable feel to it, and the glasses came in good condition with their cases.

Extremely unhelpful customer service.
Extremely unhelpful customer service.

I made a purchase on the shop for a pair of glasses, my first Ray-Bans. A few days later, they were on promo for 20% off ($90 CAD). I requested a partial refund for me the amount. To discourage my request, they told me the only way to claim the discount is to mail my Raybans in, make a new order, and receive a new shipment at the new price.

They would not provide the partial discount like any decent company would do. When I told them this is an extremely wasteful and negative way to provide a customer experience, they re-iterated that to claim my discount I would have to return my "defective" Ray-Bans. When I reminded them they're not defective, I only need a partial discount, they went silent.

I received a follow up email asking about my experience, I sent in my reply and clicked the button requesting I be followed-up with by phone. No such call.

The company has ghosted me, and this has so far been an extremely unpleasant first experience with Ray-Ban. I can only recommend potential new customers stay away.

Great Ray-Ban products
Seriously, am I reading the correct review website for Ray-Ban UK? I have nothing but praise for the Ray-Ban products & excellent Customer Service team. Since May 2022, despite some of the negative reviews, I have purchased 3 pairs of Ray-Ban products at separate times. I personally have always received top class service. Easy to navigate website with competitive prices. Prescription eyeglasses & sunglasses spot on. Great Ray-Ban workmanship. rb3447v, rb3547 oval sunglasses, rb1970 eyeglasses. Speedy delivery from Italy to home thanks to UPS. Any advice I required was dealt with by the excellent Customer service staff, polite, helpful, knowledgeable. I would recommend & wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase in the future

Don't purchase from the brand retailer!
I wish I'd purchased from Sunglasses hut or alternative retailer…. Like the previous reviews state, Rayban's customer service is appalling.

It's left me feeling as if the company has no care for its customers or deliverance of customer service what so ever. After a purchase I made because the website banner stated next day delivery, or collection in store, which was perfect to procure my desired glasses in time for my holiday. I was shocked by the after sales email confirming the arrival date was 5 working days, not next day or in time for my holiday!

I would have purchased via duty free at the airport, or via another retailer. Hence I called the customer services team to verify the accuracy of the information I'd received post order.

Although the chap I spoke to was polite. He had no power to help me, only the ability to cancel my order. There was nobody more senior to speak to either. Shockingly he did try to contradict the information I had conveyed re the reasons behind my purchase, the next day delivery info as advertised on the website.

Later he confirmed I was correct, presumably after checking online himself.

This isn't acceptable. If a large retailer is to sell high end products at high value. The customer would expect for a service that is accurate, honest, helpful and fit for purpose.

I am now in a position where a large amount of money is ring fenced, I've been inconvenienced through time wasted and I'm left feeling let down by a brand I've always been loyal to.

I will have to wait until the money is returned, so I can purchase the sun glasses again. I will not use Rayban as a retailer going forwards. Despite the products being to a great spec, unfortunately this isn't matched by the level of customer service. After sales is important when things go wrong. Go elsewhere.

If I could give 0 star I would
If I could give 0 star I would. Called Ray Ban this morning in order to return an incorrect order they sent. As I don't have a computer or printer this is a big problem for a big company, (i only have a phone), unless I wish to wait in all day for UPS to pick up from home.
Asked, can you just send me a QR code. No we don't do that !

Flawed Design ZERO STARS
The design of their RB 4114 sunglasses is flawed. The end of the temple rubs directly on the inside of the lens. I had these sunglasses for 5 months. (They were a gift) Sent Ray-Ban pics and description. They would do nothing regarding warranty or adjustment. instead they sent me a a link to pick out a new pair. I thought they were going to provide a replacement... Now they wanted me to pay again for another pair of defective glasses.

Clueless company and terrible customer service.
Placed an order online and Ray-Ban took my payment. Ten days later I hadn't received any glasses and realised this company had not sent me any order or payment confirmation, just took my money. They pinned the blame on the courier for failing to deliver. Gave me no discount for missing my holiday on the replacement order, and again no order confirmation. Complete chancers

Misleading Ads
I looked atca pair of aviators on the rayban site, which were reduced. A banner on the site stated '15% discount across site if you register'.
I did, then placed order. No additional discount was offered
When I rang they said you can't have another reduction on discounted price. Obviously site tells lies!!

Don’t buy from them
Don’t buy from them. They’re are cheaply made you can get better quality that don’t break from dollar general. Glass lens shattered onto a wood table at lunch. They don’t stand behind their glasses. Bought two pairs and lense broke less than thirty days. $166.00 thrown away.

Order was first marked as deleyed and…
Order was first marked as deleyed and given a later than expected delivery date.

After a week it was then canceled a few days day before it was due. The reson given was that i had requested it to be cancelled, when i had not.

Customer service responded with an apology, saying the item was out of stock and offered me a 20% off voucher

Awful experience ordering prescription…
Awful experience ordering prescription Rayban eyeglasses. On my first order I paid for extra thinning of lenses. The order arrived with no thinning and had charged me £80 extra for this. Initiated a return and sent those back. Next pair arrive and they are demo glasses with no prescription in at all. ?‍♂️ Like the ones you try on at Specsavers. What a joke. I thought third time lucky so cancelled that order and received a refund. Final order attempt, after over a week and me asking questions to make sure my order was correct this time round. I’m informed they can’t do my prescription in the end as the Prescription is too strong. Appalling customer service and experience from such a big company. Has definitely changed my opinion of this brand.
